Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscriptions will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellations may be made:

• Through settings within the app or website (where the cancellation tab will redirect you to the Apple App Store or Google Play), or
• Directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will automatically revert to the Free Access Plan.

Refund Policy

All subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and all billing, payments, and refunds are subject to their respective policies. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

• App Store / Google Play Refunds: If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you must request it directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund eligibility and processing will be handled in accordance with their policies.
• Payment Errors: If you are charged incorrectly (such as duplicate billing), please contact Apple or Google directly through your account. You may also notify us at support@kokokinder.com so we can assist in tracking the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including laws in India, the United States, and Canada.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Kanpur, India. However, nothing in this Policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence, including the United States and Canada.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, in-app notification, or posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
